Their goal is to offer support for individuals and families to live well through serious illness, end of life and loss. They offer: care for people with serious illness; care for families and caregivers; care in residence for end of life and care for people living with grief and loss. | Sundays (June - September) | Join us for our Holy HealthCare Summer Series. Last summer we introduced this beneficial series. The sessions were informative and helpful. This Sunday July 13th, 2025. Our Series begins with the topic of male prostate cancer. The presentation during our worship experience will be given by the President of The Walnut Foundation.
